My husband and I LOVE green tea we drink it several times a day. We are always looking for ways that we can improve our health. We recently just discovered Matcha Green Tea Powder. When I received a chance to review this product I was very very excited.
I have heard some people are not a fan of the taste. Honestly I LOVED it. The taste is very earthy just like a good green tea should be. If you are not a fan there is several different ways to try this without having to taste it. We have tried this in all different kinds of smoothies and even baked products. You can't even taste it.
Within minutes of consumption you will be able to feel a difference in not just your energy level but also in your clarity level. I was thinking much clearer and able to focus on tasks without my brain all fuzzy. This was the first time in a long long time this has happened. As for increased metabolism I stepped on the scale the day I started the Matcha Green Tea Powder and then after one week. The scale said I was down 1 lb this was without changing any diet or exercise regimen, although you will feel like you want to move around more once you start using this powder daily.
Another benefit I noticed was clearer younger looking skin. Who in the world does not want that? I have problems with red spots and adult acne and I had noticed that with in a few weeks they were both clearing up. My skin was looking softer, younger, and rejuvenated without the use of expensive creams or lotions
