There is 60 pills in each bottle and a serving size is 2 capsules for the Garcinia and slender cleanse! These are basically tasteless and very easy to swallow. Without any negative side effects.
I didn't notice anything much at all to begin with so I thought I would boost my cardio and count some calories and see if that changed anything! Apparently that was the thing to do because after I did that I lost 3 lbs in a week! My metabolism is super slow so if you have a faster metabolism you will probably see a difference without cardio and watching your diet.
