Usually these workout drink mixes are DISGUSTING so I really wasn't expecting much difference from this one. I used one scoop and mixed it with some water and ice and it was actually FANTASTIC. most of the times I have to hide the taste in a smoothie. I think you could still do that with this one as well but no need to. If you decide dont add extra sugar because it would be too sweet.
The powder mixes excellent too no clumps at all. After drinking within a half hour I could feel my mood change to being bouncier and ready to go work out. That was GREAT because I have had ZERO ambition for a few weeks at all, My mental clarity was feeling so much better than it has been in a really long time.
If I had to say anything negative it would be that they need to sell a bigger jar because with my husband drinking this it probably won't last long. I was hoping to hide it from him but once he tasted it. He LOVED it.
