I have been using Ben Wa Balls for about three years! I have about 30 pairs and have paid all different prices ranging from $10 to $100. Usually the more inexpensive the Ben Wa Balls is what they are made out of! These are made of plastic and not metal but that doesn't mean they dont work just as well!
There is a nice weight to them which helps gives you a nice work out! Yes they do make a rattleing sound. Most Ben Wa Balls actually make that sound! The size is just about right and if you don't have a lot of money but want to try Ben Wa Balls this is a perfect beginner set! As with anything you stick in your vagina you are going to have to wash and sanitize after each use to prevent a bacterial infection.
